GEOS-Chem (Goddard Earth Observing System Chemistry model) is widely employed in atmospheric chemistry, climate research, and air quality studies. It is a global chemical transport model used for studying atmospheric composition and its interactions with the Earth’s climate system, run by the Atmospheric Composition Analysis Group in the Randall Martin Lab, supported by RIS.
