CryoSPARC (Cryo-EM Single Particle Ab-Initio Reconstruction and Classification)enables researchers to reconstruct and visualize 3D structures of biological samples such as membrane proteins, viruses, and molecular complexes. It is an advanced software platform for analyzing single-particle data in Cryo-Electron Microscopy (Cryo-EM) used by the Center of Cellular Imaging at WashU (WUCCI), supported by RIS.
