RIS operates a dedicated service desk to support its service portfolio, track support work, and leverage the collective effort of our team. Since we provide both development and operational support for our services, this Service Desk allows us to respond to customers’ needs while ensuring a professional enterprise service experience.

Monday- Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

This site is accessible through Single Sign-On (SSO) with WashU Key credentials.

Onboarding services

Add user(s) to existing allocation, get new RIS allocation, request a new application, or request training and education.

Get assistance

Get assistance for compute or storage services, applications, OOD, billing, or research tools.

Report a problem

Report a problem with compute or storage services, applications, OOD, Globus, or access(login, SSH).

All other requests

Request an in-person data center tour, assistance with other topics, provisioning or migration of GitHub Organization, restoring data from Archive, LabArchives, Globus file transfer, or access to the workshop group and queue.
