DESCRIPTION:\nRIS is hosting a hands-on training session\, Introduction to Open OnDemand (OOD).  Designed to introduce users to an easy-to-access portal to HPC platforms.\n\n\n\n💡 What you'll learn:\n\n\n\n\nNavigating Open OnDemand: Basics of using OOD.\n\n\n\nLeveraging HPC Resources for your Analysis: How to select the correct parameters.\n\n\n\nMonitoring Your Jobs: How to see what jobs you are using on the system.\n\n\n\n\n❓ Why attend:\n\n\n\nAs research expands and new analyses are developed\, more computing resources are needed. This training provides users with information about a method for beginners to access those resources.\n\n\n\nPrerequisites: This training is for users with little to no knowledge of HPC systems. There are no real prerequisites. If you would like to follow along\, you will need a RIS Compute2 account.
