User testing continues for the Research Data Storage program as researchers participate in early adopter pilot testing. The WashU IT Research Data Storage Project is a managed research storage services solution that will provide up to 5 terabytes (TB) of free storage to research faculty. A total of 110 researchers are already utilizing the storage in the pilot and early adopter program. A total of 260 users have access to the data storage services. Together, a total of 110 TB of storage has been consumed thus far.
The Research Infrastructure Services (RIS) team continues to focus on the development of additional accessibility, flexibility and security for data storage.
